Lunchtime mindfulness

We start with a little light chat as people arrive, followed by a check-in (how are you at this moment in time?), a short reading from Pema Chodron, and a guided sit. Finally a brief check-out before continuing on with our days.

Runs every Wednesday on Zoom 12.30 – 13.00. No experience required, no commitment needed, just turn up! Check back here for any updates, occasionally I go on holiday or have client work. Tsk!
