Everyone faces times when they need a bit of extra support to help them through. Here at Zest we know that working on your own personal development can sometimes bring up ‘stuff’ that is challenging to work through. It may feel hard, and something to be avoided, but if we can grow and learn from these times then this can support our wellbeing and happiness over time.
